Cheddar Gorges

As many of you have asked me to plan it, it is time to visit England's largest and most impressive gorges, the Cheddar gorges!

We will meet in the morning at Hammersmith Station to avoid the morning traffic in Central London and make our way to this magnifiscent natural spot via minibus. There is quite a drive to reach this place but it really is worth it and all the groups that I have taken there were absolutely blown away by nature's magnificence.

The hike is about 10 miles long and the first climb is demanding but the rest of it will be easier and believe me, those views from the cliff top... take a good camera! 😉

You will be able to buy cheese, crackers, cider or local whiskey if you wish and we will have a picnic on the clifftop and will probably go for a gelato or a fish and chips after the trip so get ready for a great day out with our lovely hikers!

ATTENTION:

Our trips will not be cancelled due to weather conditions so please ensure that you do wear and carry appropriate clothing. 😄

1: This group is designed for the pleasure and enjoyment of all of us, we do not accept any derogatory comments or behaviours towards anyone. Racism, discrimination and other unacceptable behaviours will only lead to your rejection to any of our trips and this without exception. Everyone is welcome, we have religious and non-religious people, gay, straight, bisexual people, all shades and colours or nationality, people of all ages, sex and political believes and mutual respect is the fundamental spirit of this group.

2: Our trips are only refundable up to 15 days before departure, if you wish to cancel after that, you will be offered a transfer to another trip for the same price or you may resell your slot to somebody else.

3: If we do cancel the entirety of the trip on our side, you will be fully refunded.
